When a hotel has a site and branding as high-class as the Joule, I want to push myself further.
Responsive email design, button-shaped Call-to-Action, an elegant hotel brand, all together in one piece. I've pushed hard for an update in standards and practices at Digital Alchemy, and it's pieces like this that shows why. But, the full life-cycle of a post-stay Thank-you leading to the survey is what I want to show.
Not only did I handle creating the standards and practicies of Digital Alchemy's transactional emails, I also created new standards for their surveys and preference forms. The star-based ratings, using jQuery and my own CSS, is one of those experiments that I love doing.
